Hands Free Leads: The hands free lead and extension are sold as one set. The base lead is 1.3m in length plus your extension lengths below. Hands free extensions are not currently sold separately. See HERITAGE LINE for lead only

Materials: Approximately 10 mm recycled (rPET) rope with a 48‑strand outer sheath; steel O‑rings; metal end caps, leather tag and cord tube for adjustable handsfree function

Hardware: 4KN Climbing grade carabiners, steel O‑rings; metal end caps, zinc die cast cord tube

Q: I need both hands free when running or hiking. How can this lead help?

A: The Hands-free adapter lets you wear the lead around your waist or across your body, keeping your hands free without losing control. the perfect set up for owners who enjoy being on the move with their dog.

Q: I’m unsure what length is right for my dog. How do I choose?

A: Use the 1.2m extension for close control, 1.8m for a balance of control and freedom, 2.4m for active dogs needing more range, and 3m for open trails and lots more freedom.

Q: Long leads usually tangle or drag. Will this one?

A: No - the dual swivel carabiners make attachment simple, and the rope construction prevents tangling while keeping the line light and manageable.

Q: I worry about the strength of my dog with longer lengths. Is it still safe?

A: Yes - it’s built from the same rPET rope as the Heritage Line, tested to a 1650kg breaking point, with strength tested carabiners to 4KN for security and safety. This lead will keep you safe at all times. There are no weak points. This lead has been designed to cater for medium and large dogs.

We offer a 5 year guarantee. If anything breaks we'll fix it. This wont include for any wear and tear, as over time we expect that your lead will be put to good use. Contact us by email should any of your hardware snap or fail, and we will advise of next steps. We will inspect the lead and subject to agreement, we'll replace any hardware free of charge. Postage back to you will be free, however sending back to us should be covered by the sender.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, and we dispatch in‑stock. Your order will be processed and delivered on average within 3-5 days. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress. If the lead isn’t right for you, return it unused within 30 days - just get in touch and we’ll liaise with you on next steps.
