Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns in line with the consumer rights act. Any request that has been made for custom items is non-refundable as per our returns policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Lead looks great and can already tell it’s going to last. Really strong and comfortable to hold. The handsfree option is so handy. Fab service as Matt realised I’d enquired about another colour that was out of stock and managed to swap out the one I ordered for what I’d originally been looking at.

We'd been looking for a hands free for sometime when we came across sledline. this lead has honestly been a game changer for us. no flimsy materials used and no unnecessary clips wondering where we are meant to clip and use it. the handsfree guide on their website explained everything clearly in enough detail to simply get out of the box and use straight away. we went for the longest length as our large German shepherd loves to roam, we just really trust him off the lead quite yet. the difference in having a material like this for sure makes it feel safer to be on a handsfree lead. and the knots that are tied are so secure which is really good. very clever design and beautifully made leads.

I wasn’t convinced hands free walking would suit our normal walking style but this changed that for sure. Nicely balanced overall and the ease of just chucking it across your body or attaching to the lead when not in use means you can take it out and use it when you need to. Been really cool to use and show off to some of our dog walking friends

Tried this during a quick trip to the shop and it made everything easier. Didn't bounce around, and my dog stayed in a good spot beside me.

Tried this while jogging and it stayed balanced the whole way. Didn't need to adjust it once.
