Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns in line with the consumer rights act. Any request that has been made for custom items is non-refundable as per our returns policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

made the purchase for our husky cross, immediately when opening I was taken a back by the quality and detailing on the lead. hes a rather large boy, so we were looking for something that felt like it could take his strength. there are many standard run of the mill leads out there, but this is far from that. its so well crafted and designed, its hard to describe until you have the lead in your hand. overall very very happy with the lead. and the note from the founder matt was a nice touch.

I bought this for my 3 year old husky because every lead I’ve used just doesn’t feel quite right. I can’t really explain what the problems were but I just wasn’t happy. When this lead arrived I was blown away by the attention to detail and overall quality of the lead. From the quality of the materials used to the size of the loop,which is perfect for me because I have arthritis in both my wrists and this loop doesn’t hurt me wrists anywhere near as much as her other leads. She feels like a different dog when we use this lead. No stress,no drama and when she does pull I have complete control over her and I totally trust the lead to hold her. Great product,fantastic price. Highly recommended. Thanks Matt.
