Every SLEDLINE lead is handmade to order with precision and care. We don’t mass produce - we craft gear built to last.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed, it enters production.
Production & Delivery Time
(UK) Because each lead is handmade, please allow up to 5 Business days from the end of processing for your order to arrive. Most customers receive their order within 5–7 business days total, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
(EUROPE) Please allow up to 11 Business days from the end of processing for your order to arrive. Most customers receive their order within 11 business days total, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
(INTERNATIONAL) Please allow up to 17 Business days from the end of processing for your order to arrive. Most customers receive their order within 17 business days total, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Should there be any form of delay to your delivery or order, we will notify you via email as soon as we become aware of an issue.
We’ll send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on the method you choose. We offer:
Tracked Delivery – Once sent, your order will normally arrive within 24 hours depending on local delivery times (UK)
Available options may vary depending on your location.
We do deliver Internationally and within Europe. We will track all parcels sent outside of the united kingdom and shipping will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate free shipping if applicable outside of the UK.
Customs Duties and Taxes Policy
We’re pleased to offer European and international shipping to our customers worldwide.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, we cannot guarantee that customs duties or import taxes will not be applied upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

All SLEDLINE products are shipped in custom, protective packaging designed to keep your gear secure and reduce environmental impact.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be packaged together to reduce waste unless otherwise requested.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us at leadyourway@sledline.com with your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly.
