We operate SLEDLINE to provide a secure and enjoyable shopping experience for customers purchasing handmade dog gear. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, buyers, and contributors. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Product Information

All SLEDLINE leads and accessories are handmade in the UK. We aim to show accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or material changes.

All leads are cut and assembled to specific lengths; however, due to manual cutting and production tolerances, final lengths may vary by 30mm to 40mm. This variance is part of the handmade process and does not impact functionality or quality, however these variances are rare due to quality control checks prior to final versions.

Limited edition lines may differ in length from our standard sizes. These variations are due to limited material availability. We always aim to provide accurate meterage, with tolerance levels considered.

Length is measured from the top of the handle to the end of the carabiner that attaches to your dog’s collar or harness. In most cases, we use more material than the listed length, but design and construction absorb some of that length.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Limit product quantities
  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Correct errors in pricing or descriptions

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. Orders will only be fulfilled once full payment is received.

We accept major payment methods through our secure Shopify checkout. Prices listed on our site include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. All leads are handmade and may take up to 7 days to arrive after processing.

Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout. Shipping timelines depend on the method chosen and may vary during peak periods.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full information. We only accept returns within 30 days if the item is faulty.

Refunds cover the value of the item only; return shipping costs are not covered unless you choose a repair or replacement option, in which case shipping is free.

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and branding, is the property of SLEDLINE. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct
