Your order may take up to 7 days to process before being shipping due to the made to order nature order of our products. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress. If the lead isn’t right for you, return it unused within 30 days - just get in touch and we’ll liaise with you on next steps.

We offer a 5 year guarantee. If anything breaks we'll fix it. This wont include for any wear and tear, as over time we expect that your lead will be put to good use. Contact us by email should any of your hardware snap or fail, and we will advise of next steps. We will inspect the lead and subject to agreement, we'll replace any hardware free of charge. Postage back to you will be free, however sending back to us should be covered by the sender.
