Sledline started with Milo and a simple idea — to create dog gear we could feel connected to. Leads that felt right in our hands, strong enough for every adventure, and built to last through any weather.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns in line with the consumer rights act. Any request that has been made for custom items is non-refundable as per our returns policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive on average. Overseas deliveries can take longer, however please refer to our shipping policy for further details. confirmation will be sent by email and tracking issued.

**Outstanding custom collar and customer service**

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my custom Sledline Control Collar.

I ordered an Evergreen collar for my dog Onyx, customised with his name and logo, and the final result looks even better in person than I expected. The quality of the materials, hardware, rope work and overall finish is excellent - strong, clean, premium and clearly built to last.

Matt was brilliant throughout the whole process. He took the time to test different custom options, sent photos before finalising the design, and made sure everything looked right before sending it out. That level of care really made the order feel personal.

The presentation was also spot on, from the box to the custom details, and Sledline even included an alternative custom clip and a personalised ID tag with Onyx’s logo as an extra surprise.

From the product quality to the packaging and customer service, Sledline ticked every box and then added a few extra ones. I’ll definitely be coming back for more gear and would highly recommend them.
